Project manager
I’m currently partnering with a well-established company in the San Antonio area that is looking to add Structured Cabling Project Managers to its team.
They’re looking for experienced PMs who understand the ins and outs of structured cabling and can effectively manage projects, lead field teams, train technicians, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Position: Structured Cabling Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX – On-site/field-based
Compensation: DOE
What They’re Looking For:
- Prior Project Management experience within structured cabling / low voltage
- Strong knowledge of data backbone infrastructure, Cat6/Cat6A, jacks, patch panels, MDF/IDF, and telecom room build-outs
- Fiber experience is a strong plus
- Ability to manage projects from planning through completion
- Experience leading and training field technicians
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
- Professional, reliable, hardworking, and organized
- Experience with hospitals, education facilities, and/or detention centers is a plus
- Comfortable managing projects within a 2–3 hour radius of San Antonio as needed
- Must currently live in the San Antonio area
