Lead Installation Technician – A/V

I am currently working with an established integrator who has a need for an A/V Install Technician to join their team. This company has been in business for over 35 years, serving solid repeat customers in Federal, Healthcare, HigherEd, Corporate, Hospitality, and Industrial spaces. They have added their A/V division, and it is rapidly growing. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company, should you desire. They are well connected and set up with all major A/V vendors and have a 9K sq ft space devoted to their A/V division.

  • Lead AV installation teams onsite for commercial projects
  • Interpret drawings and scopes of work
  • Ensure installations meet standard and client expectations. Interface with customers and represent the company.
  • Document changes and support closeout processes
  • Provide guidance to other technicians on site
  • Strong understanding of commercial systems including displays, speakers, control systems, cabling, and racks
