Fire Sprinkler Department Supervisor

They are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Department Supervisor.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the fire sprinkler service and inspection team
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NFPA standards (NFPA 13, 25) and local codes
  • Manage scheduling, labor planning, and material needs across projects
  • Conduct job site visits to monitor quality, productivity, and safety
  • Lead, mentor, and develop technicians, inspectors, and coordinators
  • Track job costs, labor hours, and overall department performance
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, contractors, and inspectors
  • Support estimating and help drive overall operational efficiency

What they’re looking for:

  • 5–8+ years of fire sprinkler service/inspection experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience (2+ years) 
  • NICET II or higher in Water-Based Systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local compliance requirements
  • Ability to read blueprints and system drawings
  • Solid operational and financial awareness (labor, cost control, productivity)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
