Federal Sales Manager – Security Integration Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Federal Sales Manager to drive growth within the federal government sector for a leading security integration organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong agency relationships, and delivering advanced electronic security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a federal sales strategy to drive revenue growth across key government agencies
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the federal space
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, contracting officers, and end users
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract award
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop tailored security solutions
  • Stay current on federal procurement processes (GSA schedules, IDIQs, RFPs, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the federal government sector (security integration preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, PSIM, etc.)
  • Proven track record of winning federal contracts and managing long sales cycles
  • Experience with federal procurement vehicles and contracting processes
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance (preferred)
