FA Project Manager

For almost 20 years this company has protected lives and property across the Pacific Northwest. This is a family-owned fire protection company known for technical excellence, strong field culture, and long-term client relationships.

They are looking for a proven Fire Alarm Project Manager to take ownership of a growing Fire Alarm Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead fire alarm projects from kickoff to final sign-off
  • Mentor and support field technicians
  • Oversee finals and step in when the field needs you
  • Improve processes, drive efficiency, and protect margins
  • Help scale and strengthen the Fire Alarm Division
  • You will be the bridge between the office and the field; setting the tone, raising standards, and driving results.

Requirements:

  • Deep, hands-on fire alarm experience
  • Washington EL-06 License (required)
  • NICET Level II (or higher) in Fire Alarm Systems (required)
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
