Sr. Pre Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Presales Estimator opportunity with our growing Special Systems team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex structured cabling, low-voltage, and security infrastructure projects from concept through handoff. You’ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management to develop winning proposals while serving as a technical leader and mentor within the estimating team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar estimates.
  • A strong background in structured cabling, low-voltage, or security systems.
  • Northern California public works and prevailing wage experience.
  • Expertise in value engineering, scope-gap analysis, and developing accurate, competitive estimates.
  • Strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Experience mentoring estimators or leading the estimating process.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, estimating software (Accubid preferred), and Microsoft Office.
