Operations Manager

I have the opportunity to work with a leading technology integration solutions provider for Education, Healthcare, and Enterprise end users, specializing in redesigning spaces.

They have a critical need and desire to hire a talented Operations Manager,

  • Direct P&L ownership is not required; however, the role is responsible for revenue, margins, and systems revenue forecasting.
  • Direct reports currently include Field Operations staff, Technicians, the Integration Manager, and Project Managers
  • Final compensation will be determined based on their experience, interview results, and overall fit for the position.
  • Can come from the AV/IT, Security Integration, Building Controls, or Telecom industries
  • Must have experience hiring, training, motivating, and driving performance for a diverse, technical operations team including systems integration and managed services personnel.
