Joseph Vona, Sr. is the Founder & CEO of Security Search & Consulting, Inc. Mr. Vona started in the security & fire industry in 1976 and held several key positions at Kidde Fire & Cardkey Systems before becoming COO of Cardkey Systems in 1991.

Mr. Vona holds a Masters Degree in Business having attended the Presidential / Key Executive program at Pepperdine University & focuses most of his attention on Senior Level Placements, and Webinar Training for identifying High Performance Candidates.

Joe Crowe is our Senior Director and has been with the company since 1999. He has a background in Building Controls, where he held Facility Engineering positions and has an English Degree from Cal State University, Northridge.

 Finding a CEO for 3xlogic was a significant responsibility, and making the right hire proved to be a difficult task.
